How to use this template
- Begin using this template by creating a long-term plan for your organization's goal in the Strategy section, including vision, mission, and action plans.
- In the Structure section, map out the organization’s setup, such as its hierarchy, reporting lines, and division of responsibilities.
- For the System section, set up the processes and procedures that support daily operations, such as IT systems, workflows, and performance monitoring tools.
- The template's heart is the Shared Values section. Here, you can include your organization’s cultural principles and beliefs. These values guide and influence all other areas.
- In the Staff section, evaluate your team members' roles, responsibilities, and skills.
- Then, move to the Skills section to identify your organization’s and team's key strengths and core competencies.
- In the Style section, examine leadership approaches and decision-making styles to see how they impact alignment and performance.
- Finally, use insights from all seven sections to develop a plan addressing misalignments.
